Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Plant Centre, a venture of The Organic Gardeners, we strive to ensure that you have a delightful experience with every purchase. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully:

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only for products that are damaged, defective, or lost during transit.
• To request a refund:
• You must email us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
• Once your request is reviewed and approved:
• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• To cancel your order, contact us immediately at shop@plantcentre.in or +91 8110833111.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
• Change of mind.
• Minor variations in plant appearance (color, size, etc.).

4. Damaged Deliveries

• If your product arrives damaged:
• Please email us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
• We will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
